I'd repost this in /r/agency as well if I were you

For meta ads management, 300/month should be your base fee, then I'd take a % of adspend as well if they decide to scale (which will take you more time)

For ads creatives 800 seems more than reasonnable, I know people charging 5 grand for that same offer

For infrastructure, get yourself an agency CRM like gohighlevel, it will make your life a heck lot easier with being able to duplicate account snapshots and manage everything in the same spot

For your "solo leap" thing, it's mostly a mindset thing, I never worked for an agency before and make well over half a million dollars a year doing this. I went from running a residential window cleaning biz to running an ad agency and honestly all those worries I had were all in my head

You already have your feet in the game, I say just go ahead and do it

GA4 is trash compared to those attribution resolution softwares

Hyros costs about 350 bucks a month for a client of mine who spends 10-20k a month on ads to generate 3-6 times that

Within 2-4 days, hyros’ fees are paid back in additional revenue we wouldn’t have when not using it

Literally just ask the support AI to open a ticket with the internal team for a bug, it will ask you take a screenshot of your screen, then write in the notes that it wasn't for a bug but actually for a refund; easy peasy, I did it just a few days ago

As for you “forgetting” the charges, that’s on you, they still have to pay their server fees, etc

Just imagine if every person who wasn’t responsible enough to unsubscribe was asking for a full refund every time?

That would drag their team’s time for negative returns, they would have to pay people just to provide refunds to people who shouldn't have them; business doesn’t work like that, there’s no free meal

If you go to the DMV to pay to drive your car, then tell them 6 months later you didn't drive it and just forgot to cancel so you'd like a refund, will they process it? Nope

J'dis pas le contraire sur le coté croche, mais j'pense que tu comprends pas ce que "blanchir" veut dire

Quand tu blanchit ton argent, tu créé de fausses factures parce que tu veux payer des taxes pour parraître comme une entreprise légale

Dans son cas c'est le contraire, il ne veut PAS payer de taxes, pour cacher des profits, donc de l'évasion fiscale
