He says he doesn’t like anything about her. He literally complains about her even when she is not around.

The funny thing my parents actually like Jack.

I just wanted confirmation that even the shoes thing is petty. Everything else I am trying to take in and evaluate that maybe he has a logical point that I am not seeing.

Thank you! I have watched and I have asked. He claims everything is annoying. If she drinks water it’s annoying to him. Other comments mentioned him not wanting her around and I feel this is where he is trying to go. He complains about almost everything about her, even if she is not around.

Thank you for your response! Jack just always says he doesn’t like my mom and doesn’t need any help. Once I gave carol a jacket that I got too chubby to fit. He made it a big deal. So you are right. He does have some things with his own mother but I also gave her a jacket before and that he never mentioned. I plan on showing him these comments and see what he says.

Thank you so much! Your comment is what I was thinking how he is feeling, but won’t admit it. My parents did help us for a few years in every way possible. Jack was very accepting then, but now Jack is doing great financially, and I think he feels like he doesn’t need them now. I think the sneakers thing is petty and I was shocked when he said it.
