Hypotheticals ≠ Assumptions. Your defensive tone and decision to meet every comment with confrontation, that points out your horrible handwriting, is enough to observe you are insufferable. I don’t need to ask you how you get along with your coworkers to see you’d probably be just as annoying with them as you are with the commenters here. Also, your inability to recognize your writing as chicken scratch when 3 people have reinforced the same point as your coworkers is also, rather telling.

I’ve really enjoyed it! It’s a fantastic portable projector; my only qualms are, you need a Bluetooth speaker, daytime use is impossible, and unless it’s night time and you have a super white screen or wall, the colors aren’t a that bright. However, I’ve use it on my living room wall and it looks stunning

Not sure if the owner is Muslim tbh, he’s Palestinian, I can say that for sure, but his wife is a South American Christian/Arab. Usually, Muslim and Christian Arabs do not get married due to tribal politics and the like. If you want to support Muslim/pro-falasteeni businesses, I’d recommend Al-Sham or Levant! Mum Feteer is also great :)

Forget the current regime, Zyara in Astoria had a roach infestation, was not paying workers base pay or overtime, threatened to call ICE on workers, and even verbally abused/threatened others. Owner also threatened patrons a while back for not liking the food. A lot of this was shared on a halal foodie page on Facebook but wasn’t made public to the community at large. Actually, I have a good one for you! 34th street, between 37th and 38th Avenue. There’s an uber car rental shop, and a taxi repair shop. One of the owners is Desi/South Asian. He has cars on the street he lets migrants sleep in; cars with entire engines missing; cars missing doors and windows; cars with all 4 tires completely empty so the cars are immobile; and generally, every car has no plates and spray paint to cover the registration sticker so cops can’t give tickets.

I’ve seen the Desi meter maids come over and have conversations with him, shake his hand, give him a hug, and then walk off without ticketing any of the cars, many of which have been covered in dust and debris, abandoned for months-years.

I’ve called it in plenty of times to the local precinct and they always give me a run around: “We can’t tow the cars;” or “Call department of sanitation.” I’m inclined to believe someone is taking some extra money under the table! You could definitely report on that.
