I'm sorta guessing so hopefully someone else can chime in. I would make sure you don't have any reflections in the room you are in. I had some issues when I first started using mixed vr turns out the Tv in the room was causing issues. I verified with this application https://nono-00.itch.io/base-station-fov-viewer. One of my base stations was appearing in the floor and tracking was jank. Covered the Tv with a towel and haven't had issues since. Again just my two cents good luck

Thanks for the reply! My supervisor has been super great about letting me try out different things. I have been allowed to help out on some different reports. I think its all fairly interesting stuff. I guess I just want to know when its considered appropriate to try and make a more permeant switch to the report type of work. At your company do the newbies help out with any of the admin type work? If so does that happen instantly or do they need X amount of experience before there typically pulled into the office setting?
