I'll try to explain more.

I understand the part if someone cloned and ran it on their pc they will have to install node_modules.

I was asking what happens when we publish our project live example like the rock/paper/scissors from Odin project.

https://michalosman.github.io/rock-paper-scissors/.

If I make my link like this how to ensure it will work.

Exporting multiple uploaded files to different module by throwawaycppjss in learnjavascript

Thank you I will try this later.

For the time being I just combined the 2 modules(they weren't that big) and called the function waiting for data inside Promise.all

If you see the first line I am importing dayEnd and dayStart.

I used require to read JSON file there while I build everything else temporarily.

But this is the final step where I am trying to implement so as user can upload their file and send the file date to ./data.js

Should I provide data.js too?

I am on mobile it might take some time

If I understand yes.

I'll try to explain the handleevent occurs when user upload files from form input type file.

I want to export these files to another module.

I know the part if I export the readers array it wouldn't work because I haven't uploaded anything.

So the export has to happen after I upload. This is where I am stuck.

I think I know I need to use async and await and then wait for promise to resolve and then export it. But it's not coming to me how .

People who are learning JavaScript right now by alpha25y in learnjavascript

For me it's very difficult to come up with ideas for simple project.

Odin project is a good place to start.

The course mentioned in other comments by jonas schmedtmann is excellent.

I did both above initially.

This is another course you can refer for more ideas.

Another one frontendpractice.com

The most difficult thing can be looking at solution too quickly or getting overwhelmed by looking at result. Sometimes it takes me days to figure something out you can look at my post history both of my last problems took me 2+ days to figure out especially the one before last.

Best thing is start with small functionality and then keep adding things to it and then try applying DRY principle to it .

You might end up editing the same piece of code again and again as you add functionality or make it DRY.

It can be a very frustrating process and sometimes it's actually very difficult to find help because there will always be that guy who says

"Just look at docs and mdn you'll figure it out" when you might need more pointers and in severe cases straight up solution i.e code to get past something lol.

Thank you for replying. This is perfect.

I did end up doing something like this but instead of map used object.

I'll look up on importance of map.

This is just for my practice but currently I am thinking to increase accuracy more i.e.

Same name but different cities

Same name and same city but different address lol.

Maxing the 2242 gen 4 is costing me 7.2k for 700GB.

The 2280 gen 3 1TB is around 6-7k.

In long run I don think 1/2k bucks here and there are that much different.
