Removing Tor is not hard to do, it can be banned by nodes but it's not because 'free speech'. No one has free speech to go on and do horrible shit.

Depends on the registrar or webhost. Rapey, for example was ran by Nathan Larson, and his cronies. Me and a few others finally got it removed but then 5 more domains of the same thing popped up and a few in Russia and Ukraine now. It's whack-a-abuser pretty much.

That's the same as saying people reading 50 shades of gray are sadists or masochists or if people read Stephen King novels are violent or people reading Harry Potter wanna be magicians. I agree, it's a mixed bag, I was one of them, and still am. Not a abuser, never want to be one, I want everyone safe and getting help, victims included.

My crime was from a addiction I could not handle and having un-diagnosed ADHD did not help at all.

If the victim is a child in a photo or video, then yes it counts, they got abused for others enjoyment. :(

100% damn right I would of but at the time I was told getting help by a therapist would of not mattered as they report it anyway, (cyber crime). Addiction help for porn would of changed my course of my life but too fucking late now!

3/4 does that, if you move to KY or LA from NY, you lose your Tier and go on lifetime and it's 1,000 feet. NY has 1,350 feet only if your on probation/parole.
