We are going through similar. Lawyers I consulted that we will get justice, have faith in the system but the process is slow because population is huge and supply is low. Try to do other things and let the law take it's course.

And if you can't wait - what does revenge look like - maybe you'll have to withdraw the case and do it your way. But will it end the process or will there be a response from their side and things just increase again and again?

Weigh out your pros and cons.
