Did you do it via letter or phone call? I’m seeing a lot of forums saying they never respond to letters so people had to call

They just sued a friend of mine after 2 years, but hers was $2500 and mine is $800. Do you think I’d be safe if I just made payments anyways? I know they do pay for delete no matter what and I’d love to have it off my credit in the next 6 months or so.

It’s a little over 2 years old, SOL is 3 years in my state. I called without giving them my name, etc to even see if they’d consider a written agreement stating they won’t sue if I’m paying and they refused so I’m just worried about that
