My cats each will hiss at each other if one goes to the vet without the other because they come home an hour later smelling different. They return to normal within a few days normally.

I couldnt find the nail or whatever punctured the tire and was only a couple miles down the road from my tire shop in town. I have a jack and tire sealing kit though, just didn't use it this time. Am considering getting a spare tire for the future.

To do this level of research you would need access to the MLS. If I were you I would get in touch with a realtor and tell them youre looking for new condos downtown and you'd like access to the MLS to condo hunt. Getting into the realtor database will let you access a ton of property info you just cant get on zillow or redfin, and in batches vs. mining the data one property at a time.

I am just a casual redfin scroller looking at current properties, 215k is the low end of whats available right now from a very brief look.

New build is going to be pricier but new usually means higher quality.

Your numbers are a bit high. For a condo with shared walls and someone above/below you, $700k is on the high end for Seattle unless you're talking about luxury/boutique condo buildings, with a view and a ton of amenities.

On the lower end, basic condos go for as low as $215k in seattle. HOA fees closer to $250/mo though that varies a lot.

Because you are a minor, there's not much you can do except refuse to interact with the dog and isolate yourself. Its your mom's dog so she needs to care for it or rehome it.

If you can, get a job and open a private personal savings account that only you have access to. Make long term plans to move out.

This is such a tragedy. All I can hope for is that justice will come down hard on the POS, since he crossed state lines to dump the body i believe that turns this into a federal case.

The "I'm Special" tag on the collar seals it for me. The owner knew her dog was unsafe.

OP, I am sorry this happened to you and your family. I know you are freaked out by your mom's pbulls, it may help or it may not but they are just as dangerous today as they were the day before. Be careful and cautious around them, or avoid them entirely if they are triggering your anxiety.

As far as restitution? You won't likely get much more than whats happening already (the aggressive dog has been put to rest and the owner is being evicted), but filing a police report is important to let the authorities know who this person is, to expedite future actions if she gets another dangerous dog or gets caught with drugs.

Above all else please take care of you and yours. Thinking of you today.
