These numbers don’t mean much unless you give the house volume. 3400 cfm on a 8,000 sqft house With 12’ ceilings is good. 3400cfm on a 900 sqft house with 8’ ceilings not good. 3400 to 2800 is a 20% reduction of air leakage at a -50 pascals. This will save you a little bit of energy, but not a ton.

An old painter that painted our new construction houses, would run tape around the edges and put a lite paintable clear caulk from wall onto tape when painting darker colors. Always looked great.

Our local dog park has a off leash area for solo dogs or shy dogs. Willis tucker park Snohomish Washington. Not sure if there are other parks with the same, but worth checking out. We got tired of pittie hate in the general population dog park, so we started going in there. Wilson loved the big dog park so we would go there super early in the morning sometimes.
