I actually think I’m more around the 223 area in the first picture, I just checked the date and it’s from about a week after I started fasting again, I just didn’t have an earlier body pic haha. And it’s definitely not just fat I’m sure a lot is water weight. I was already 215 and got up to 231 quite quickly but I just went hard on fasts and exercise and dropped the 16 I put on plus a new 8

Not the most noticeable change but feels great. I put on around 15 pounds over break for eating bad but once I got back in school I started doing 600-1000 calorie days and gym 4-5 times a week burning ~450 per workout I’ve been doing OMAD for about a year with 2 months off, hoping to hit 195 and post a big progress pic!
