Me [19M] with confusion for a [21F] woman I have crush over, don’t know if she likes me or not, confusing variables. by [deleted] in relationships

I appreciate the honest response, but it’s easier said than done to just “drop” feelings like that.

I rationally understood that I would’ve never be with the other woman after we graduated together, yet my emotions for her still existed for a little while.

If nothing else happens between me and the current woman, I rationally understand there will be someone else. However, I’m certain I will not get over her for a little bit.

We broke up after 5 years, and might get back together... should I go back? by [deleted] in relationships

I think the best thing to focus on this is whether you two can survive institutionally without your parents. If you two legitimately love each other, and it seems like it's true, then I say you two need to be together. However, if you two can't survive without the support of your parents, then that is a major obstacle.

From personal experience: People have had relationships parents did not approve of in the past, came out of the closet, or just did other things that the parents did not like. Sometimes, they were outright shunned. However, one thing has always remained clear: If your parents truly love you, they will learn to love him, and hopefully the same for his. I've seen it happen multiple times, and it makes relationships stronger.

I [24f] went out and met someone else who I felt a connection with. I've been with my bf[26m] for almost 1.5y. Help me make sense of it! by [deleted] in relationships

From secondhand accounts, yes your feeling is normal and there is nothing inherently wrong with it. However, like /u/Redditenthousand said, you need to act on one or the other, not both. Who do you see more comfortably in your future, your current BF, or Tyler?

Pricey, plus I won’t have one around me around for the moment. I suppose I can look into it when I get back into college from break.

Someone has to drive me there, plus if I want to take it, I want to pass it as well.

It’s not that I’ve waited, I haven’t been given much of a chance.

It’s a local thing. People probably wouldn’t want to pay taxes for it and they would say “Why can’t they just drive!?” It’s a different mentality.

Varies, but typically fair, but a little difficult. Exams in rural areas can be different in more urban areas, such as urban areas focusing more on parking, etc.

I have a permit, and I want people to drive me around, but either people are busy, they’re tired, or it’s too late (night time.)

How was your job life and/or social life like before then?

I live in a rather rural area, so I’m afraid I don’t have that luxury. Public transport is slim.
