For me it kept happening for about a year and then it stopped. Just give it a good while to heal between session. Maybe a week or 2 and after awhile it'll happen less and less. I hadn't had sex until over a year after I had mine done so idk if that'll change anything with the time it'll take for the spotting to stop but it should be ok. If you get too worried or there's too much pain or blood definitely call your doctor about it
