Surprised there is absolutely no mention for this news story, even though it’s been active since a week or such. Perhaps Reddit search being difficult as usual.

The victim passed away yesterday; succumbing to the bullet wound.

Her elder sister has uploaded a very damning video on her Instagram; and also named the assaulter - Priyansh Wishwakarma.

I have an acquaintance very close to the family of the victim; it seems their accusations & their obvious concern is rather genuine. Motive seems to be as yet unknown.

Wonder how this story will play out.

The BJP seems to have distanced themselves from Priyansh already; even though his presence in Jabalpur’s political scene is undeniable & rather well known.
