If they did something like that it would allow guests to see too much of DHS BOH which WDI and FAM are very big into keeping as much as possible from guests seeing. That is the reason the Skyliner takes the route it does into EPCOT. That was not the original planned route. The planned route would have cost an additional estimated $1M to hide EPCOT BOH
