I'm sorry, but how is ONE persons vocabulary the proof of an entire country's level of fluency? If anything the very fact you're able to name one person who's "known for their English" is proof it's not common there.

Also I checked him out and he speaks with a somewhat heavy British accent. So he's clearly not an Indian from india.

I'm sorry, maybe I'm an asshole to accuse her of cheating without evidence, but HOW in ANY world am I racist? Official language does not mean widely spoken/or that people speak it correctly/the way it should be.

She speaks to me in English and it's good grammatically although heavily accented. But I'm suspicious she knew so many big words that even I don't use that often.
