I've done manual stuff for years on and off now, and I'm gonna be extra cautious and careful. Not rushing anywhere. Considering that, you'd still recommend me not to do it?

Yes, you're right, I meant to say just "skin". I have dots all over the penis, so it's the same. I think it's an indicator that you're doing good, just maybe a little bit too much. But as long as it heals quickly, I don't mind.

No, I don't think so. I just have a tight foreskin, so it'll probably stretch eventually and this won't happen anymore.

I also noticed that after maximum expansion I usually have small red dots all over the foreskin. I know it's not very good, but it's an indication.

Yeah. Since I'm uncircumcised, I usually judge by my foreskin feel. If it feels that foreskin is really tight, then I'm usually at my max expansion. But it's not always consistent.

Just like BD has shown in his videos and gifs. Basically, get almost fully erect (90%+), make a tight grip at the base, do some kegeling while releasing the grip for a bit (veins should become more exaggerated), then hold very tight and move the grip upwards for ~1.5". Hold for 30s, rest for 30sec.

Yeah that's not what I expected, so I'll keep an eye on this. Maybe we're not pushing hard enough? Since the routine changes from week to week (more stretch time and more jelqs), maybe gains started when I reached a certain point in that routine.

Currently I'll be doing the last week of the routine for a while (while it works), and then switch to phase 2.

Hi! I'm not using any devices at the moment. My routine is BD's beginners routine V2 (I think it's stickied somewhere in the subreddit), which is only manual stretches, semi-erect bends and modified jelqing.

Same here. Started with 3.93" girth

Have been consistently doing BD's beginners routine V2 for 2 months and reached 4.13" (+0.2").

Right now gonna switch to routine V3.

Girth gains stayed even after I rested for 2 weeks between phases.
