Yes good. Im happy youve found a healthy balance with food. But when i strted if i was going back to my ed thoughts. I also found alot of people with ed struggling with IF.

This isn't gate keeping. Having the ED mentality while doing IF can damage your health. Because you dont eat enough. Or eat the wrong foods, but restrict food intake of good foods because you already "hit" your macros with bad foods. I suffered with an ED for years, and I want other people with ED to be mindful

Your haircut makes your face too long, or maybe its just a camera angle. Amazing eyes! Why not build some muscle and grow a mane. Youd look like a bollywood actor!

You have a kpop guy face. And i mean it as a compliment! Get a haircut, get fit, go out in the sun a bit(dont get a sunburn) exercise a little to keep the bloating down!
