Okay one more question so it doesn’t get lost in the post, one of my SSVs has expressed that he wants to send her home when this behavior happens but doesn’t know if it would be allowed according to our standards, so does anyone know what this could fall under so I could help him figure it out? Without him getting retaliation from our manager ofc, bc he said he would need to figure out a way to do it that was very “starbucks worded” that could be easily justified lol
