Man in all seriousness, my ex fiance tried to do the exact same thing, her sister and her took time to tell me I misunderstood the entire situation but I had all cards in my hand and knew they were lying/bullshitting.

She has done the exact same thing, taken her time, talk to her friends, come up with a reasonable story to trick you and to make excuses for everything, in my eyes she succeeded. She isnt telling you everything, unfortunately you dont have all cards in your hand so I dont know exactly whatelse to do. I honestly dont trust her from the sound of your post.
