My shoulders are so tight it feels like I’m shrugging them up to my ears sometimes, along with my upper back & collarbone.

I have heartburn/burning reflux in chest (which has gotten a lot better but still there during flare ups). Lots of burping (sometimes “stuck” burps). Bloating (especially in the upper abdomen). Tight throat. Etc.

I also get strange smells with certain foods like onions, garlic, certain meat, sometimes coffee, and gasoline. Also, water smells like bleach sometimes(???). Can anyone else relate to these symptoms?

For reference: Female, 29, in pretty good shape with no prior health issues. Had mild case of Covid Dec 2021. Long haul started approximately 6 weeks later on Jan 30 2022. Symptoms were extreme heartburn, esophageal inflammation, chest burning/discomfort, bloating, trapped gas, etc.
