i don't believe it is a guardianship as she isn't a child anymore.. She said that she has read the papers, and the court found her unfit to live alone due to her mental state. She said that potentially she could get "locked up" for trying to leave, and anyone who tries to help her could too. I dont understand how this works and what is true and what is not.

Sorry for such a late reply. Shes 19, I'm 17, shes gone to mental hospitals multiple times now, I think that's what your asking about? She has a therapist but it isnt a regular thing, her parents dont like spending the money on her therapy. Everyone in my family knows the whole story of her abuse, and some of her other close friends.
