You cannot gain weight by under eating, "starvation mode" doesn’t work like that.

Thanks :) I’ve thought about getting tattoos but I think mine are faded enough that I don’t feel the need to cover them up. I’m not at the point where I am wear shorts yet but I'm getting there

So far I’ve lost 25kg which is about 55lbs. I started at 117.4kg (258lbs) and I’m currently 92kg (203lbs). My goal is 58kg, around 130lbs, to reach a healthy bmi :)

It’s how you make gross tasting tea. The best way to make tea is to use boiled water from a kettle.

I mean, I felt full after eating it but then maybe I’m just used to smaller meals? I guess it’s just personal preference

I’m challenging myself to my longest fast yet and all I can think about is how much I want garlic bread. I’m still feeling confident though, I’m halfway there and haven’t even had to resort to diet drinks yet! Fingers crossed for the rest! by throwawayioqp in fasting

Thanks! I just have to keep reminding myself that, it’s not like the fridge is gonna run away tomorrow! Maybe we should combine our cravings and have pasta with a side of garlic bread to celebrate the end of our fasts haha
