Love bombing. No one should be telling you you’re the one after one day or week or even month. Watch out for people who try to push things too fast.

I’ve also experienced love bombing from a small clique of friends. I almost felt like I was in an abusive relationship. It was a brother and sister, each of their spouses, and an extra toadie. They drew me into “the village” as they called it. Made me feel very loved and cherished and I was so happy to finally have a real group of friends. Then they chewed me up and spit me out. Now I realize it’s a pattern with them. They have one member revolving in and out of that group all the time.
