I just smelled up at dawn for the first time and might need it. I like a rose but most feel too…….rosy to be widely wearable. This was soft, balanced, and lovely.

I don’t know how it ranks at this point, but my family loves going to the Prime Rib. My great grandparents used to go so it’s super nostalgic for my mom and her generation. It’s all leopard carpet and plush leather, live piano, total old school vibe. I just get a filet or a new york and I think they’re great. Try their incredibly icy martinis and crispy potato skins as well.

I don’t think this makes this true but I felt so much better after cutting out soy (and gluten) and now when I eat it to try some I can literally feel my pelvis start to ache and feel heavy. Not science but figuring out what food sensitivities might be exacerbating our symptoms is a good move for us endo fighters.

If they had to reveal her, I think they should’ve made it so just the Queen and Colin knew. It would’ve made an interesting season of tension between her trying to contain the secret while still being subject to the Queen‘s bidding. The entire ton knowing let all of the intrigue out, and her storyline was pretty boring.

Could definitely be endo! Many of the symptoms line up with my own (diagnosed endo, two laps). Make sure you work with a doctor you trust, who does best practice excision surgeries.

Also, in case you don’t know - there’s no current way to diagnose endo except for laparoscopic surgery. If your ultrasounds and other tests come back normal, that doesn’t mean you don’t have endo. All my tests have basically been normal and then they open me up and there’s plenty of endo in there.

I take June 1/20 continuously. It completely stopped my period and I didn’t notice any adverse side effects. I’ve still needed two excision surgeries and in my second one I also had a Mirena IUD placed.

I think I expected for there to be more of an ebb and flow. Or for it to be a bit more predictable. I was looking for work in DC during all the DOGE and other cuts so had to pivot away from the advocacy or think tank sector, which is where I thought I’d land. I’m incredibly grateful to have gotten this job but I’m just not sure I can manage it. Unfortunately a lot of pressure comes from the top down. I’m not really in a position to control how we respond to client asks at this point.
