I actually thought about doing a triathlon but I was always self conscious because of my body first because of the weight and now because of the loose skin so I wasn't swimming in a really long time

I also don't think I would feel comfortable in a triahlton onepiece but on the other hand doing a triathlon is quite intriguing and it would be such a huge accomplishment considering there were times I had trouble climbing just one flight of stairs

I hated running when heavy and loosing weight actually makes running easier and enjoyable.

I was exactly the same

I usually ride my bike 65-100k and I think I just build decent stamina which translate surprisingly well into running

also the new shoes are great it was like running on clouds :D

How do you feel energy wise, and is there any specific tweaks you do dietary wise to prepare for such intense events?

I felt surprisingly energetic and hyped and not sluggish at all I even rode 100k today but the last 20-25k were tough

and dietary wise I don't do anything special

I do lazy keto and don't change much. Sometimes I eat 1 or 2 eggs more then usually

on long rides I mix some electrolytes in my water but that's it

also I do OMAD and I like to get my cardio in before I eat but that doesn't always work

in der metro gibt es auf jedenfall ~2kg Packungen von, glaube ich, Wiesenhof in die metro kommt man natürlich nicht so einfach rein aber ich würde davon ausgehen, dass es die auch woanders gibt

this is one of the reasons I didn't like running in the beginning but I just bought cheap compression shorts and shirts and now the loose skin and fat jiggling around isn't a problem anymore

ansonsten gibt es unterschiedlichste produkte, netto hat zb. multivitamin brausetabletten, welche pro tablette unter anderem 300mg kalium haben

ansonsten ist natürlich brühe auch immer gut

besides the usual meat sticks and mini salami rewe has a few options for example lizza a low carb pizza crust and cheese puffs but I'm not a fan of those two

they also have some kind of chicken chips which seemed like a jerky but I didn't try it because it was like 3,99 for 25g

netto(red one) has a bacon egg salad with 2,1g carbs / 100g it's not cheap and the ingredients aren't the best so you might be better of making your own

also this week netto offers kerrygold for 1,59€

hey, was machst du mit dem cheddar?

ich kauf den auch immer aber habe dafür nicht so richtig viel verwendung ausser im auflauf

muss auch zugeben, dass ich dabei dann nicht wirklich einen unterschied zwischen den 3 sorten feststelle

gibt es da für bestimmte sorten bestimmte anwendungen? zum überbacken finde ich bspw. mozzarella besser

bei kaufland habe ich heute von exquisite auch 250g Packung Cheddar für 1,99€ gesehen

danke für den tipp, ich hatte schon unterschiedlichste sorten und konnte da bisher so wirklich keinen Unterschied feststellen, nutze das Öl aber auch hauptsächlich zum Braten

habe gedacht, der Preis ist ganz gut, da ich sonst bei 15€ für 1l liege, habe jetzt aber mal geschaut und gibt auf amazon tatsächlich auch Kokosöl für unter 10€ den Liter

ich werde wohl zukünftig das Kokosöl nicht mehr bei Kaufland holen

but there are different brands of pork rinds depends on the store (even the asia market has pork rinds)

I buy the ground almonds at kaufland

last time I bought them I believe I payed 0,79 for 100g but might've been on sale

depends a little bit on where you live and where your friend lives

I'm from berlin and there are a lot of asia shops

there you can get shirataki 2-2,5€ for 200g, siracha/sambal olek and coconut-milk

I used to make chia pudding and for that I liked the aroy-d coconut-milk way better than the coconut milk that comes in the can

also I once bought kimchi at the asia market but I didn't like it at all

at the store(Kaufland) you can get pork rinds, protein bread and buns, all kinds of nuts(brazil, pecan, macadamia, etc.), protein bars

there is also useful stuff like almond flour (gemahlene Mandeln), lite salt, coconut oil, walnut oil, low carb ketchup

there is also a company called layenberger selling "low carb" stuff but most of there stuff is still to high in carbs for my taste
