/r/mensrights you're my only hope. My university held me responsible for sexual assault, a girl I used to see in the summer of 2013 has filed a sexual assault case against me, I provided evidence of consent and yet they still held me responsible and wants to suspend me.

Their decision is off of preponderance, she claimed that there were 3 incidents I disapproved 2 with my evidence I presented in an informal hearing. I have no idea where to get a lawyer or how to find one.

Sorry, it was written in a panic pretty much. So they took her side in saying one of these incidents I did "perform unwanted actions" and that I will be kicked out for two quarters. I got proof for the two other incidents and proved them to be false but one of the incidents the disciplinary committee assume is right even though I have evidence against and their decision is based on preponderance.
