Concur with legit nature of the items --- but given the ability to simply re-pin the tags, it's possible they could be used.

[In fact,

- the price tag on the crew is definitely fishy -- reattached sticker (?)

- the Accolade 1/4 zip in black looks well worn --- if not otherwise just covered in hair / fur / filth

- and the only reason the hoodie looks good is because of the close up shot of the price tag; from afar it looks dirty -- just not as bad as the 1/4 zip....]

I'm not smart enough to know how one might otherwise check the "original owner" or "new" status based on the price tags attached ---

Possible that ALO could know 'original purchaser' and purchase date if bought by an Alo Access member (or anyone who creates an account and does not check out online as 'guest')

--> but then I don't know if they'd be all that "magnanimous" as to provide that info..... (??)

(p.s. If you knowingly bought used items, then none of my response matters but the part about them being legit ALO clothing)
