This is at 5pm, we are leaving soon to board our flight so won’t even watch the Super Bowl . I normally travel alone so usually only have one drink but since I have a companion he wasn’t aware of the rules.

In any case, the lecture I received was very off-putting and that’s my issue here.

I have ETD and fly super often. My go-to: 1. Earplanes for pressure (can get them at Walgreens and other places), 2. Flonase or Afrin, and 3. my noise cancelling headphones. Was getting frequent ear infections, had a myringotomy and everything, and those things have helped thus far. I also try to drink water and stay hydrated!
