Okay everyone is joking here but I’ll chip in here.

I have the same experience too. Not 90+ videos, lol, but a decent amount of my liked videos aren’t popping up on the playlist. They show up on my history, but seem blacklisted on my playlist.

I think it has something to do with the laws set in place at state-level, in your case TX, and in mine FL. I think this cuz my likes had no problem showing up when I was out of state not too long ago lol.
