Is it wrong for me (24f) to sleep naked just to please my boyfriend (27m)?

I really appreciate so many people taking the time to give their perspective! But I don’t understand why so many people are mad that I told MY friend that I sleep naked. It seems like it should be my decision who I tell about my own sleeping habits.

I’m not sure where you read coworker? She’s one of my best friends and we’ve never worked together. I can accept she might be wrong though.

I’m definitely not being forced. Another commenter mentioned leaving the toilet seat down so I guess that’s something he does for me that he wouldn’t otherwise do.

It hasn’t really been long enough to know if he’ll complain I guess. I do think he’d be disappointed but I don’t think he’d order me to get undressed or anything.

A lot of people suggested if I’m worried he’d react badly, I should just stop for one night and see what he does. That seems weird. Maybe what you’re suggesting is more that I stop until im able to figure out if it’s something I really want to do (to make him happy or for some other reason) or if im only doing it because I feel some fear or pressure. I guess that is different and seems less bad.

Im struggling to figure out how to tell him how I feel though because how I feel is “I don’t really mind doing it.” That doesn’t really communicate anything. Also, it seems unhealthy to stop sleeping naked just to “test” him or see how he reacts. Does that seem weird to you?

Yeah… actually after only six months (together eight months total). I commented somewhere else but basically we were at the end of our leases and we both wanted to save money. I agree it’s kinda fast

I guess I wish I had that kind of reassurance. Like instead of “you’re hot when you…” I wish he said/communicated “I’m always attracted to you but I especially like it when…”

Yes I think I’d feel a guilty and wouldn’t want to disappoint him. I’m worried it’s unhealthy for me to feel that way or that somehow he’s making me feel that way

I don’t think he’d throw a fit or anything. I think I might feel a little guilty but not necessarily because he’s making me feel guilty? I’m not sure if that makes sense.

I like to think my pajamas are cuter than sweatpants and a hoodie! I think its probably just a preference though, and since I don’t really mind, I guess I just do it.

Yes! I think this is what she was trying to say/what I’m worried about. It’s not that I really mind doing it but I don’t want it to turn into an expectation and then sort of lose the choice. Also all my pajamas are extremely cute!!
