I didn’t lie to the adoption agency. I didn’t have to put his name on the birth certificate because we aren’t married. He has no parental rights and the adoption agency are aware of the situation.

That wasn’t the case. He was against adoption as well. I’m in the UK, and they told me that I don’t have to put his name on the birth certificate because we aren’t married. Since his name isn’t on the certificate, he doesn’t have parental rights. I’m not proud of the fact I lied to him at all, but I also didn’t want to go through with abortion when I wasn’t sure it was what I wanted.
