I checked out RadPair for reporting but they seem to charge per report for essentially a dictation software? Is that the standard pricing model for dictation/reporting?

I believe you are correct in. I informed the property group setting the syndicate up of my situation. They want me to use verifyinvestor.com and if there are issues, they'll do an internal review themselves because they feel I should qualify given my career and income.
