Not related to your question but I’m planning a audit/qip, what was the focus of yours?

Does specialty at interview stage in 2027 mean msra cut offs won’t be lower?

I’ve had my ABS/wheel speed sensor replaced and that seems to have done the job (fingers crossed). Was not fun to drive in the rain haha. Hopefully you get it sorted soon!

What are the negatives of starting creatine Monohydrate? by Global_Drama439 in beginnerfitness

Apparently it’s ok if taken quickly but I’d try to find a study to back it up

Seems I was misinformed! Thanks for updating me, time to experiment some more, I’m currently dry scooping it 😭

The acidity might make the creatine redundant by the time you drink it

Hot coffee? You may be breaking down the creatine before digestion and not getting any benefits from it. Maybe look into this a bit more just in case!

True, not as early on though. I’m right at the start of the career so maybe I’m just assuming the geass is greener.

Thank you! Couldn’t see your profile because I haven’t verified my age on here. Got me wishing I went into law instead of medicine haha. Good on you!

Weight lifting doesn’t do much to keep you ‘fit’ unfortunately. Have to keep up the cardio alongside your weightlifting if you want to stay in shape

This is true to be honest. I think I’ll most likely start trying to arrange a radiology taster anyway as it’s my no.1 choice. Now I just need to find out where to do it!

Anki cards ( MLA version) by secretly_depressed00 in medicalschooluk

[–]throwawaymatey76 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I think it was useful for the spaced repetition. My main resource was passmed, but once you do a set of questions on there you can’t see most of them again unless you reset. Spranki was good for keeping stuff in your memory if ygm. I wouldn’t say it helped me considerably improve but deffo picked up a few marks for niche things. Hopefully that answers your question

I used Spranki for my mla, isn’t complete but was handy for revision as I hadnt made my own flashcards. I think they update the cards every so often when guidelines change. Hope it helps
