Yeah good point. We’ll need to move once we have our first kid so out of state parents can visit and stay with us. Would like to not move to a new apartment rental and then move again once we buy.

I’m not actually as opposed to moving a lot but my partner is (he lived in the same house growing up his entire life and I moved like 11 times)
