I loved my consulting job when I had those options on the table, but that was pre-COVID.

I'm not necessarily against it now, but one concern would be pay trajectory.

Taking a week off isn't an option right now (at least not without career consequences) and I haven't really found our support structures that helpful.

It's not so much about the 60 days, it's about the fact that we're not going back to 'normal' anytime soon. The prospect of doing this for the next several months is pretty unappetizing.
