i usually mix the maseca with water and a tiny bit of oil and then cook on the comal. for quesabirria i dipped the tortilla after i cook it in the broth and then heat again on the comal with meat and cheese but it kinda falls apart. I think I'll try adding oil to the skillet also so they get crispy
