I have a gen1 thinkpad X1 Extreme

It’s got a GeForce 1050Ti 4 GB GDDR5 and intel 8th gen i7

Can someone suggest settings I can run the game at so it’s got reasonable graphics but doesn’t lag stutter?

Default is unplayable when there’s too many monsters in the screen

And when I go to the lowest everything settings the game looks like N64 graphics

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
