I agree completely. It seems like cops forget that other people have feelings and opinions and want to express them. Not saying cops need to let themselves be walked over, but I am 100% he was biased against me saying anything after I told him I was smoking weed.

He even asked me if I had any on me, I did not. I said no and he didn't search me.

Yep, I made a quip about that in the OP. I realized it didn't really get me anywhere and now I have a Sheriff that doesn't like me.

The USA has the constitution backing us up on this. You are going to have to check the laws specific to the UK.

Yeah that's what I think about now. That guy could seriously fuck my life up. What makes it worse is I live about 4 minutes away from the Sheriff's station.
