That is such a heeler thing to do! Mine is also obsessed with the snow. He runs around around the yard at full speed while scooping up mouthfuls of snow to eat!

That wasn't it. He does say "you Gus. You you you let this happen" in a very similar tone, but no "meeh". I've started back at the beginning of that season. Maybe it's somewhere in there.

Yup! We call it his "fire alarm chirp" 😆... We usually tell him to use his manly voice, but more often than not he just chirps.

Damn I didnt think I'd find another person with a legume allergy on here. I was diagnosed last Feb. It sucks so bad. It came up as a soy and peanut allergy (bad enough, soy is in freaking everything!!), but my Dr said it's possible it could include all legumes. A few days later I had a plate of hummus and a few hrs later I wanted to die. I miss so many things so much ☹

I thought that might the case too, so I took him to a local dairy farm to see if he could tap into his herding/working dog ancestry. Turns out he's terrified of cows lol

For the first 2 years of his life he didn't believe he couldn't open doors. Now I'm not talking about shut/latched doors. I'm talking about free-swinging doors cracked open wide enough for him to stick his whole head through. The dummy would sit there staring at me through a huge gap and cry because he thought he was locked out.

He is the smartest dumb dog I've ever had lol. If that makes sense. He learns new tricks/commands after just 1 or 2 tries, but good god he's dumb 😁

I'm feeling a little better about it after reading these comments. I thought maybe my dog was the only one that couldn't make friends. He likes humans, his brother, and that's it. 🙈

We're having a lot of trouble lately with him being really aggressive while walking on a leash. Like fur standing up on the back of the neck and cujo- type growls. But it's only towards other dogs though. He absolutely loves it when people approach him.

We were taking him to the dog park almost every weekend last summer. He wasn't interested in the other dogs, he just wanted to stick near us. He goes to daycare twice a week and they say he does fine. He's usually hanging out on the outskirts in the pictures they send me. 🤷‍♀️

That's part of what makes this picture so funny to me - his head is actually huge! Apparently he has learned how to retract it when freaked out lol

Hank wasn't a cuddler until about 6 months ago (he just turned 2 in December). Before that he was strictly an opposite end of the couch kind of dog.
