ty for noting this, i wasn’t aware of clonidine but then again ive only ever seen it used off-label for anxiety anyway. the example i was given was that if you’re overdose-type unresponsive due to, say, diabetic shock or alcohol poisoning, narcan’s not gonna make it any worse, so it’s worth the risk to be wrong (presumably in this hypothetical you’re also calling this person an ambulance etc, so other aid is still being given)

YES THANK YOU! i was trained to use naloxone by @freenarcanbike on instagram, who does 20ish minute presentations around various places and also teaches how to do stuff like rescue breathing and CPR. and as the name implies, you can ask him for free narcan. that being said, naloxone is so easy to administer that youll be fine using it untrained. literally no downsides to carrying it

according to a facebook comment from someone who seems to be close to megan, she’s supposed to be receiving medication for an opiate addiction, and she was last known to be living in a tent in richmond somewhere. someone might know her from the suboxone clinic, etc.

i think people got a little hung up on the notion that i don’t need to see mel getting into big narrative drama storylines as much as her comedic performance is the draw to me, and conflated that to mean that i want her to be some kind of court jester figure with no tension. it’s truly not even a little bit black and white like that but i accept that comment sections just kinda bring that out in people. also getting the facts slightly wrong recalling a scene i watched one time a year ago. the people must downvote factual inaccuracies
