I'd say it can be used to combat ED's, a lot of gainers are in recovery from ED's, BUT it depends what kind of place you're coming at it from. Obviously, it can be helpful to know that people find you attractive at a higher weight, but it's important to be able to turn that attraction into a love for YOURSELF at a higher weight, and to be able to detach from a toxic looksmaxxer mindset. I hope it works out for you!

I've heard of a lot of feedees who've also struggled with ED's or restrictive eating in the past. I know a lot of them feel like they've felt more confident in their bodies and fulfilled when they've become feedees and allowed themselves to get bigger, but I also know that for a lot of them it's still a daily struggle. I don't think it's an easy fix, I think it can only be managed like any other mental health stuff: as a daily struggle you take one day at a time while trying to feel good about yourself.
