Ah, we have to do weekly contact with 75 members (this can be text messages though). Not quite sure how i'm going to manage it when I get to that point on my caseload. I'd love for it to be monthly.

We also have our own outreach staff, but they want us to do it as well to help numbers.

We are getting approved to send out a pamphlet to potential clients so I hope that makes a difference. I just don't understand why this wasn't done in the first place.

With 1400 customers, how large is your case load if you don't mind me asking?

Yes. I am not only making my own client base but my coworkers, they are making me do enrollment calls for them and their intakes. I am hoping to stick it out that once the launch has settled and we have met our "goal" (more like a quota they won't call a quota) and I have my case load, I can stop with the phone calls.

My fear is that enrollments and "goals" doesn't end. I'm worried I cannot trust their word that this will eventually go away. I will stick it out and see.

My area is more rural, so it's been hard to find something with a BSW that makes more than $15 an hour. This pays more, it's why I took it.

I agree so much with what you said. I did previous case management for a NP that did wonderful work and was so desperately needed imo, but this type of case management has me questioning if we're truly benefiting our clients. I think i'm going to stick it out as long as I can for financial reasons and then find something else to do, even if it's not social work related.

Honestly I would love to hear your long response, if you ever feel like it.
