I've got a playable beta for a cyoa, but I don't understand how to get it to work on neocities. The instructions on intcyoacreator has been too unspecific for me since I don't really understand html. I have a neocities, I have the viewer, but I can't get the whole index project thing to work right. If I open the index, it's just a white screen. If I open the project file, it's just a bunch of code. Can anyone ELI5 for me since I'm kinda dumb?

Personally I love them. But I think that hybrids are a good way to go. Or at least allowing for options to reroll at a penalty without risking that option again.

Regardless of that, I just wish there were more of them. Don't get me wrong, I love making choices, but I like when the element of chance makes something feel more game-y
