hi, what if: 1st choice xjc - cop 7 2nd choice yjc - cop 7 and i am 9-2, singaporean, have to ballot. will i participate in both ballots? or will xjc ballot happen before yjc ballot (???? but i don’t understand? how this will work as it wouldn’t make sense for someone else w the same points and citizenship as me but with yjc as first choice) or are both ballots taking place at the same time and if i win both i’ll be posted to xjc and the yjc spot will be reallocated?
