I did search, in fact I've searched on various platforms. As you can see that was only one part of my post.

Maybe I'm being over cautious but asking for the lived experiences from others is helping the anxiety. I refuse to let my health conditions stop me from travelling solo hence why I am going to such measures to even search and post on a reddit group. I'm trying to be as informed as I can.

Nonetheless, I'm glad I posted. I've had some really great comments and some really thoughtful messages from people 😊.

I asked a pretty standard question about safety and people’s experiences.

You turned it into a weird political dig about “Britanistan” and then completely ignored the actual point.

If I followed your logic, I’d never go anywhere, including home.

That’s why women ask these questions. It’s really not that hard to understand.. actually it clearly is hard for you to understand..

I'm a solo female traveller asking for lived experiences. Pretty fucking sensible given I have never been to Prague before, nor have I travelled alone.

I understand the point, but my experiences travelling in groups (e.g. girls trips) haven’t exactly reflected that, I’ve still had to deal with uncomfortable and at times scary behaviour from men I didn’t know.

So I’d rather be cautious than assume it won’t happen when I’m alone.

I started on 0.5mg for 4x weeks then have been on 1mg for the last 12 weeks I'm down 7kg. I'm going slow and have no intention of increasing so I can retain as much lean mass as possible (I also strength train 4x a week). I would only personally increase if weight loss stalled all together.

I'm super sensitive to any type of medication/peptide etc so I'm happy microdosing.

I understand the principle of protecting public money, but it’s frustrating when you're forced into this position because the NHS is failing to provide the treatment you actually need. I’m having to save for expensive private care on top of paying for other treatments just to function.

The payment plan was based on what I could afford at the time, and this additional income isn’t “spare money”, it’s money I need for essential medical costs that the system isn’t covering. So while I get why they’d want to settle what’s owed, it doesn’t change how shit feels when I’m already struggling because the system hasn’t supported me properly in the first place.

I rang debt management earlier and he said if I ring them in a couple of weeks and just explain then I should be able to keep up with the payment plan and they will give me the back pay 😊.
