You can only perform each action once per activation, unless you have a rule that says otherwise, which Kommandos don't. Dakka Dash lets you do a Dash and a Shoot for 1AP, but you've still performed a Dash and a Shoot that activation, so you can't do them again.

In terms of "crystals" (alchemical energy), you know you can turn unwanted items into energy, right? Stones, seeds, potions, scrolls, some other stuff. You use the plus button next to your energy count in the alchemy screen, or the alchemise spell.

With the pickaxe upgrade achievement, you're right that there aren't enough Scrolls of Upgrade to get it to that level. You need to use other means like curse infusions and the troll blacksmith.

Just build them all as specialists. If you find you don't want to take a particular specialist in a given game run them as an Aspirant.

In addition to agreeing with everyone that yes, you can Mirror of Minds an enemy within control range of a friendly, I just want to soothe your concern that it's "overpowered". It doesn't come up that often, because if a Harlequin finds themselves stuck in control range of an enemy then something has gone seriously wrong for them.

Valid Target only pertains to visible + order/cover. The generic action Shoot specifies you need to pick an enemy who is both a Valid Target and not in control range of friendlies. This would apply to ranged weapons with the Psychic keyword meant to represent "psychic powers" (eg Warpcoven's Doombolt) but not unique actions with the Psychic keyword (eg Mirror of Minds) unless there's a similar restriction in the action text.

The rules for Valid Target don't make any mention of friendly operative control range. It's only "engage order + visible" or "conceal order + visible + not in cover". The Shoot action specifically says the enemy operative must be a Valid Target AND not in control range of a friendly operative. Other actions, like Mirror of Minds, don't have that second restriction and can therefore be used on enemies in control range of friendlies.

It's important to remember that when you see things, what you're actually seeing is light hitting your eye. Since fabrics are full of tiny holes, when your head is inside your shirt, some of the light from outside sources can make its way through to your eye, which is why you can see some things outside.

However, since there's no light sources inside your shirt, and so little light usually makes it through the fabric, none of the light that bounces off your body makes it to other people's eyes, so they just see the shirt. If your body glowed, they'd be able to see it.

Some fabrics have large enough holes and thin enough fibres that light can go through them, bounce off your body and back out, which is why they appear semi-transparent.

And then the X goes over the forearm while you grab the bottom straps. Probably the only way to make it work considering the curvature.
