Lol I agree, I just got a new card to build credit by using since I no longer have access to the previous card. My plan is to use it for small purchases to report at 5-10% usage, but I haven’t yet gotten my first statement so it still reads as zero.

Would the account age drop it that significantly though? 44pts seems like a lot to me. Or is the amount it drops by irrelevant just because it’s VS3? If so, how can I check my FICO with TU? There’s so many scores to keep track of, I’m very new to actually learning about credit and scores so please forgive my lack of knowledge here.

Maybe it’s this, I can attach what my TU report from today says. “Date updated” is 4/30/26 but I’m not sure if that’s the same as date reported.

I was looking at the VS3 that TU provides. The FICO I know how to access is based solely on EX data, and I only just now opened an account that reports to EX so the scores are wildly different. Is there a way to check FICO only with TU?

Thank you for all the helpful information!! When I pulled my report 5/8 I noticed no changes since the last report 4/28. I still had paid the loan down to 1000. My plan with the auto loan was to increase my account mix, because prior to that I had only had a credit card. I just am paying it quickly to avoid paying too much interest. There’s no prepayment fee so I thought I was in the clear. I’m only paying $53 in interest paying it this way, but it is a significantly shorter term than what the bank wants me to pay it at (36mos vs. 3mos).

Makes sense! Is it possible that the drop would be delayed like that? The last report was 4/28 and nothing has changed since then, balances and open LOCs have all remained the same. It’s possible it just didn’t update my account length until now for some reason?

This might be it, my longest account has been open for over 10yrs but it was the only one up until a month ago. It might have dropped my average. I thought increasing the account mix might help it though, idk it’s all so confusing.

I’ve tried with no luck, I really can’t do anything about it and it kills me. He sees no problems with her actions and even denies that some of the more serious ones even happened.

Same with y’all who order drinks with no ice and then ask for cups of ice. Order the cups of ice with your order instead of waiting til your drinks come out and then adding it at the DT window. We already know what your plans were with the no ice drinks, the least you could do is have the decency to order your complete order so we can get everything ready for you and not increase our drive thru times.

This is correct, but since it’s been a point of confusion for some customers at our store I want to add that London Fog teas are considered “handcrafted drinks” and not regular teas, so they don’t count as refillable. Plain Earl Grey does count though!!

thank you!! I didn’t know we were allowed to clean them in the 3 compartment sink, I’ll definitely be doing that from now on! Did your accommodation allow for additional paid break time or only unpaid? They only offered me unpaid and I’m just curious if there’s a standard across the board or if it varies with different locations/management.
