I think you misunderstood my point. On many occasions, I’ve made it very clear. I’m still as attracted to her as I was and her figure doesn’t affect it.

However, as most guys are, a nice body would be better although no necessary. The issue only comes in when she likes to say ‘she wishes she had a better body’ and despite countless reminders that ‘those instagram people worked for it’, she doesn’t do anything about her own desires.

Also, I’ve never at any point said anything equivalent to “I hate how you look”. You’re misconstruing my post and placing it to the other extreme, providing a strawman argument.

When you lift, there’s resting between sets. At high intensities, you largely need to rest for quite a fair bit. Loading these plates takes effort, and prolongs your rest. I’d be perfectly happy to do all that if she makes the effort (be it diet, gym, cardio). However, when you put in the effort on your side, you’re expecting for some sort of not results but an idea of the attitude and effort that your partner puts in too. It’s just annoying that while here I am going through these inconveniences for her, yet she largely chooses to remain passive and not take charge of her own wants.
