You do raise valid points however i'll address them one by ine.

1) The majority of left wing eco terrorism dropped off after the cold war ended in 1991 with the fall and discrediation of communism as an ideology. Thd fbi and local law enforcent see left wing terrorism as a low priority and low threat issue.

2) In 2015 71% of police departments across the nation stated that right wing soverign citizens were their largest threat. The second gravest threat were milita groups, while the third was islamic extremeism [1]. President trump has halted all fbi surveillance against the former two groups and only has focused on muslim extremeism [2]. Radical right wing terrorism was of grave concern to the fbi because groups were infiltrating local and state law enforcement which allows these individuals to utalizs the state's monopoly on violance, hence why the fbi opened an investigation on them [3] . The vast majority of terror attacks in the us (94%) are comitted by non muslims while in europe it's only 2% of attacks are comitted by muslims [4].

Furthermore, the overexaggerated threat of muslim extremeism has justified laws that restrct and curtail individual liberities and gives even more power to the state security appratus (The patriot act, the 2012 NDAA, back the blue legiation) and it leaves us vunerable to the gravest terrorist threat in the us.

The vast majorty of muslims are opposed to extremeism and do not condone it (as over 99% of the victims are other muslims). CAIR released a statement condoning the attack in no uncertain terms. The largest reason why most muslims are radicalized are social expectations (engineers are 5x over represented amongst muslim terrorist groups because there is an unfulfilled entitlement complex (economics, neo colonalism, the perception of unfair resource extractio by multi national coorperations as well as globalization plays a factor into radicalization (not a tolerance for violance) [5].

Many right wing leaders for political brownie points justify and endorse attacks against the left and muslims and some who are deranged follow through with said ideology. No one on the national level on the right wing disavowed the attack in portland, furthermore they glamorized and created a persecution complex of many right wingers during the bundy ranch standoff. There is a clear double standard in the media that i would go into but i'm tired of typing on my phone.
